Kudos to Apple
My iPod nano earphones developed a buzzing noise after a month of usage, and Apple promptly replaced them. They didn’t even ask for the old earphones back, I didn’t have to talk on the phone to anyone, and they didn’t even second guess me. I ordered them through the support site online, and they were in my mailbox within a week. Not bad.
As for companies that suck, look at FMD’s stock price today (the graph’s of the last three days in 15 minute intervals as a candlestick chart). AAAAHHHH!!!! There goes the retirement fund.
